Joe and Demi have an extremely dysfunctional relationship. While some nights they are completely and totally in love, other nights they're screaming at each other so loudly that the woman in the apartment next door to Demi's will call the police. Demi was sick of the fighting, it just was terrible. She hated fighting with him, and it never seemed to get better, so she tells herself that she is going to break up with him, she is just afraid of his reaction.
 
Demi was sitting in her apartment, her hair up in a messy bun with a pair of yoga pants on and one of joe's v-necks, curled up in a blanket watching a movie, but all she could really think about was the last fight with Joe. It was a bad one. She had kicked him out, and she didn't know what would happen now.

Her entire life, [girl] has been good. She's gotten straight a's, never stayed out past curfew, and always respected her parent's rules. One night, she gets a call from [boy], the hottest guy at her school, whom has never talked to her before. He says that he and his friends are doing a crazy intense scavenger hunt, and they each got to choose a partner. He chose her. Wanting to live a little, she agrees, and sneaks out of her house to meet him. But what happens when the challenges get crazier and crazier, like somehow getting into a club, breaking into a strangers house and taking an item that starts with the letters, etc. And when the list is done, what happens when she finds out that the first challenge on this list was to find the dorkiest person you could do be your partner, and he chose her?
